The “Audience & data”/ Insights & data" section contains various types of Stats:
- Visitors insights
- Leads & Bounced
- Views Conversion
- Views demographic

Visitors insights
The “Visitors insights” contains information
— Customer engagement data: amount of visitors interacted with the content, attention time to the content in comparison with visit duration, frequency of interaction with your customers during their visits, brand awareness analysis using attention metrics
— Behavioral data: customer's emotional feedback to the content, duration of customer journey at the point of sales
— Audience data: socio-demographical characteristics, cohorts analysis of the audience (age/gender) over a certain period of time.
Views Conversion
The “Views Conversion” report contains information about playbacks to views conversion rate of selected campaigns and devices. Audience Detection instantly detects faces in the frame with up to 95% accuracy.
To see the report:
- Open the “Views Conversion” section.
- Set the period for this report using “+” and “-” icons.

Select the campaign you need at the bottom of page

You can see the diagram that shows:
- number of impressions highlighted in gray;
- number of views highlighted in color;
- conversion value is shown on the column - number of impressions to number of views.
- To see the conversion for the content unit, open the campaign folder and select the content you need.
- To run A / B testing, select several advertising campaigns.
7. To filter by devices, click the filter icon in the upper right corner.
8. Click “+” on the opened panel.
9. Select the devices you need and click “Apply” button.
The “Audience” report contains the audience age and gender information of the selected campaigns and devices.
To see the report:
Views demographic
- Open the “Insights & data” section.
- Select “Views demographic” report in the drop-down list.
3. Set the period for this report using “+” and “-” icons.
4. Select the campaign you need at the bottom of page.
5. You can see the double bar graphic with male and female icons.
There are 4 age categories for each gender child, youth, adult, senior and the number of visitors displayed (in percent).
Values at the top of the columns indicate the total amount of men and women who were captured by device.
- To see the statistics for content unit, open the campaign folder and click the content you need.
- To run A / B testing, select several advertising campaigns.
- To filter by devices, click the filter icon in the upper right corner.
The “Views demographic” report enables to obtain the information about the duration of audience contact with selected advertising campaigns .
To see the report:

- Select “Views dwell-time” report in the drop-down list.
- Click the filter icon in the upper right corner.
- To set the period, check “Custom range” checkbox, set date, month and time on the opened panel.

5. Select the campaign you need at the bottom of the page.
6. You can see the diagram with:
- horizontal axis – audience age
- vertical axis – campaign view duration in seconds
- blue line represents the involvement of men
- red line represents the involvement of women
- To see the audience involvement for content units, open campaign folder and select the content unit you need.
- You can select several campaigns.
- To filter by devices, click the filter icon in the upper right corner.
- Click “+” on the opened panel.
- Select the devices you need and click “Apply” button.
Views history
The “Views history” report enables to obtain the campaign views data on selected devices.
Here you can see:
- who watched the campaign
- date and duration of campaign views
- audience age and gender
To see the report:
- Open the “Insights & data” section.
- Select “Views history” report in the drop-down list.
- Click the filter icon in the upper right corner.
- To set the period, check “Custom range” checkbox, set date, month and time on the opened panel.
- Select the campaign you need on the left menu.
- You can see the table with the following information:
- Time and date of campaign view
- Names of device and viewed content file
- Visitor’s photo
- Visitor’s age and gender data (blue line for male and red line for female)
- Time of campaign interaction (in seconds)
- At the top of table you can see the total amount of male and female, who viewed the content, and average view duration.
- You can select several campaigns on the left menu.
- To filter by devices, click the filter icon in the upper right corner.
- Click “+” on the opened panel.
- Select the devices you need and click “Apply” button.
Shows history
The “Shows history” report enables to obtain the campaign impressions data on the selected devices.
To see the report:
- Open the “Insights & data” section.
- Select “Shows history” report in the drop-down list.
- Click the filter icon in the upper right corner.
- To set the period, check “Custom range” checkbox, set date, month and time on the opened panel.
- Select the campaign you need on the left menu.
- You can see the table with the following columns:
- Date and time of campaign playback
- Duration of campaign playback
- Device name
- Cost per impression
- You can select several campaigns on the left menu.
- To filter by devices, click the filter icon in the upper right corner.
- Click “+” on the opened panel.
- Select the devices you need and click “Apply” button.
Forms & Action data
The “Forms & Action data” report enables to obtain the information about audience interactions with the advertising campaigns – feedback forms, data inputs and more useful data.
To see the report:
- Open the “Insights & data” section.
- Select “Forms & Action data” report in the drop-down list.
- Click the filter icon in the upper right corner.
- To set the period, check “Custom range” checkbox, set date, month and time on the opened panel.
- Select the campaign you need on the left menu.
- The data from feedback forms you created in Displayforce Designer will be displayed on the screen.
Leads & Bounced
In the "Leads & Bounced" report, you can see the following:
- How many visitors were in every hour of each day.
- What is the maximum and minimum number of visitors involved.
- What a demographic portrait of the visitors involved.
The report itself shows 3 hitmaps with tables.
In the first:
At every hour (cell) the following is recorded:
Number of unique Visitors in this hour.
If one Visitor was detected in 2+ hours - one is added in each hour of attendance of this Visitor.
This applies to both Tracks in different watches and Tracks that cross the boundaries of an hour or more.
As a result, the total number of visitors during the day is indicated.
The top block indicates the dynamics of the total number of visitors over the past 3 months.
The lower graph indicates, respectively, what age and sex visitors had in total during the selected time (the default is a week).
In the second:
Leads - visitors with a contact time of more than 15 seconds.
The number of Leads per hour is recorded in each hour (cell).
The top block shows the dynamics of the number of Leads over the past 3 months.
Conversion from total visitors to Lida.
The lower graph indicates, respectively, what age and sex visitors had in total during the selected time (the default is a week).
In the third:
Failures - minimally interested Visitors (who of all contacts with cameras had the longest interaction: less than 6 seconds).
The number of failures is recorded in each hour (cell).
The upper block indicates the dynamics of the number of Failures for the last 3 months.
The lower graph indicates, respectively, what age and sex visitors had in total during the selected time (the default is a week).
