Turn on the Visitor Insights options in your device's DISPL Player settings. If they are turned off, there will be no analytics collected.

Follow there steps:

Open DISPL Player.

Click "General" and turn on "Non-personalized recognition of visitors".

Activate the Additional recognition settings  that we need.

● Demographics: Age and Gender.
● Attributes: Glasses, hair type and color, facial hair, and hats.
● Emotions: Happiness, anger, surprise, and neutrality.
● Customer Journey (Track ID): Recognition of the same person across the same and different
cameras.
● Masks: Hypoallergenic mask against COVID-19.

The image shows the recommended normal configuration. However, it's good practice
to understand that the more options are activated, the more time and processing
capacity the device will need to recognize attributes. Therefore, it's advisable to
deactivate the options you won't use.

At the "Connection" tab, activate the options to send the information to the server so you can view the
data on the platform.

Done.
