Devices require live and correct subscriptions in order to work properly.
In your DISPL Content Management System, please open the Devices tab.
The column named "Subscriptions" shows a list of the subscriptions set for your devices.
The ones that say "Not set" are unable to collect analytics.
If a subscription is said to be "Expired" it is unable to collect analytics.
If the subscription is "Screen Management" it is unable to collect analytics.
