1 Device Online / Offline

Navigate to Platform ▸ Devices.

Filter by serial number or site tag and locate the unit.

Verify the Status column shows 🟢 Playback.

2 License Status
- Navigate to Platform ▸ Devices, inspect the Subscription column.

A valid entry such as Displ Fast Start Kit PRO • Live should appear

If "Not set" ➜ Select device ▸Subscriptions ▸ Assign a license

If "Not license avaliable" ➜ open Admin Panel ▸ Search for the platform ▸Licenses and assign the correct subscription
3 Time Zone Alignment

Open the device card (Platform ▸ Devices ▸ Device Name).

Confirm Time Zone matches site locale (all devices in the same store must share the identical setting).

Mismatch? ➜ follow Change Device Time Zone via Console Commands
4 Player Version Consistency

In the device card (Platform ▸ Devices ▸ Device Name), locate Version.

To upgrade:

Single unit ➜ Settings ▸ Update Player.

Batch ➜ tick multiple rows in the grid and choose Bulk Action ▸ Update Player.

5 Device Metrics Collection

Open Insights & Data ▸ Device Statistics.

Set the Date filter to Last 30 days.
-
Check Visitors Count for each device. 0 events → investigate camera.
- If the statistics show that the device is online but the number of visitors is significantly different from others, it is necessary to check the sensor’s positioning together with the partner/client. It is likely that the sensor is poorly installed and not collecting data correctly.

6 Device send statistics configuration active
Manual UI Method

At the device, tap Player Main Menu ▸ Connection.

Ensure both Send Audience Data and Send Playback Data toggles are Enabled.
Remote Console Method

Connect using the Remote Console guide.

Run
Find Player.Settings.Statisticand confirm the return values:
Player.Settings.Statistic.Camera: true
Player.Settings.Statistic.ContentShow: true

If either is false, push
set Player.Settings.Statistic.Camera true
set Player.Settings.Statistic.ContentShow trueand reboot.
7 Camera Positioning

Verify that an analytics‑enabled campaign is playing.

From Platform ▸ Devices ▸ Select device, click Screenshot.

Check that customers pass through the picture (~2–4 m from lens).

If not, partners must change camera position

8 P2P Network
Required when players must sync and share sensors data.

In the device card (Platform ▸ Devices ▸ Device Name) ➜ Settings ▸ P2P Network.

Devices must have the same player version and be connected to the same internet connection
9 Content and Media Plan
If content is assigned to the device, it’s important to check whether the campaigns are displaying correctly and ensure there are no overlaps with other campaigns.
Go to the media plan and verify that the settings are configured correctly.
