Black screen when taking a screenshot (Android)

To take a screenshot correctly on Android devices, the player must have the appropriate permissions. If the player does not have the necessary permissions, a black screen will be displayed when taking a screenshot while the player is running (when video content is playing on it).

Please follow the steps below to grant the necessary rights:

1. Perform autoconfiguration.

On devices running Android 9 and below, you will need to set the Don't show again option.

2. If the first method does not work, you need to give the device root or device owner (not device admin) privileges.

You can check if you have root permissions in the device properties, in the old version of CMS.
