Camera position and lighting conditions

In the context of analytics report appearing imprecise, camera position and lighting conditions are essential, because DISPL Player's analytics are generated from your video feed provided. If people appear as black sillhouettes due to background light, the analytics data reliability will decline sharply.

Two symptoms accompany this issue:

• No detection of some visitors - numbers go down.
• Double-counting - number go up, as visitors are identified as new persons in every contact.
• Misgendering - customers are identified as people of the opposite gender.
