Download interval

Download interval is a feature that allows you to control the day of week and time of the day when your devices will effectively look for content/campaign updates and begin downloading the information. This enables the customer to carefully avoid network overloads at undesirable times of day.

How to find it

Select a device in the Devices window, select the Settings tab. It is turned on for everyday and every time of the day by default as below.

Setting the content download interval

Select the device, and by clicking on it, open the "Properties" menu, go to "Settings".

In the panel that opens, in the "Download interval" area enter the time interval for the broadcasting points in the lines with the days of the week. If you need to use several time intervals within one day, use the "Add" buttons.
