Device Tag

The use for a device tag is only one: filtering purposes. You will find that this feature is specially useful when you want to take account of devices that are comparable between each other, such as POS devices, or Entrances. Thus, you may have on your list only devices with such similar applications.

How to find

Tags are located by selecting a device in your Devices window. Main tab.

Adding tags

Tags are simple string values. Ex: "pos_device". Write the desired tag name and hit Enter on your keyboard, or click the "Add" button at the right-side.

Filtering device list by tag

Click at the Filter button at the upper side of the Devices window. Choos Inclusion or Exclusion, depending on your purpose.

In this case, I will filter all the devices that include the tag "personal".
