Follow these steps:

1. Open DISPL Player
   
2. Select Devices
   
3. Enable Special and Beta Features (click 10+ times, repeatedly, the Devices icon)
   
4. Click the Web Server option and enable it, and take note of the port (55080 by default) for future use.
