Installation Instructions

To begin your installation, please ensure the following steps are completed:

1. Remote Access: Provide remote access via SSH to the servers.

2. Domain Setup: Create A-records for the following domains:

   • root.host.com
   • id.host.com
   • api.host.com
   • storage.host.com
   • web.host.com

   Replace host.com with your organization’s domain. All these domains should resolve to the application server's IP address.

3. SMTP Server Credentials: Provide SMTP server credentials (mail address, password, port, etc.) for sending mail notifications.

4. API/Storage Access: Ensure access to api.host.com and storage.host.com from all broadcasting points.

5. SSL Certificate (Optional): If using crypto and SSL, include the SSL certificate for the following sub-domains:

   • root.host.com
   • id.host.com
   • api.host.com
   • storage.host.com
   • web.host.com

Server Licensing Information

To generate your server license, please provide the following details:

• First Name (Project Manager)
• Last Name (Project Manager)
• Client Company Name
• Email (Project Manager)
• Phone (Project Manager)
• Start Date (e.g., 2022-12-07)
• End Date (optional, e.g., 2022-12-07)
• Device Limit Count (e.g., 10)
