Installing Displayforce Player on Tizen OS( Samsung SSSP4 - SSSP10)

Without support:
SSSP1 - PEC, MEC, MDC, DEC, UEC, UDC, UDC-B, UDD panels
Support is partially implemented:
SSSP3 - E series panels (DBE, DBE-T, DBE-POE, DME, DHE, UDE-P, UDE-S, OME, OHE, MLE, SHF)
Implemented:
SSSP4 (aka Tizen 2.4) - F series panels (PMF, PHF, DMF, OMF, OHF)
SSSP5 (Tizen 3.0) - H series panels
SSSP6 (Tizen 4.0) - N series panels

Installing the player on Samsung SSSP/Tizen

It is recommended to perform a factory reset before installation:
MENU button on the remote control -> System -> Reset system -> Yes
It is also possible to reset via MENU -> Support -> Reset All -> Yes

Entering the system menu (the most complete reset):
• Turn off the panel with the Power off button
• Press the MUTE  - 1 - 8 - 2 - Turning on button
If this method did not help:
• Turn on the panel
• Change source to DVI via SOURCE button
• Switch off the panel and repeat the procedure
To completely reset the settings, go to the menu Option -> Factory reset
After turning on the panel, the setup wizard (with background music) will be initiated.

Enabling support for time synchronization and time zone settings is done through the system (engineering) panel menu: Control -> LFD Option -> NTP Support -> On
Turning on the panel in normal mode, you need to go to the settings:
MENU -> System -> Time -> NTP Settings -> Network Time Protocol -> Use
.. -> Server URL -> Specify the server to synchronize, for example pool.ntp.org
.. -> Time Zome -> Specify your time zone, for example GMT+3

Initial system setup:
MENU button on the remote control -> System -> Start Setup -> Pin: 0000
Step 1: Choose a language (we recommend choosing English)
Step 2: Choosing an Orientation (Landscape or Portrait)
Step 3: Selecting the connection type (Cable/WiFi), setting up the connection
Step 4: Setting the date and time
Step 6: Select Play via ‘URL Launcher’ and enter URL: https://storage.displayforce.ai/software/tizen

Step 7: Choose a device name (if necessary)
Step 8: Finish the setup
Step 9: Press the HOME button on the remote control
Step 10: Selecting the URL Launcher to start the installation of the application

Installation without reset:
Step 1: Press the HOME button on the remote

Step 2: Select URL Launcher Settings

Step 3: Select Install Web App

Step 4: Enter the URL to the server with the application https://storage.displayforce.ai/software/tizen
Step 5: Return to the home menu, click URL Launcher

Player Connection

After a while, the application will load.
We are at the final stage of setup - it remains to enter the connection code.

1. Get connection code from Displayforce Manager and press "Connect your device" button.

2.  Enter connection code and press "OK" or enter. 

After that your device will be ready for broadcast.

Before operation, we also recommend to carry out additional settings:
Press MENU on the remote control:
to have the panel automatically turn on when power is applied:
• System > Power Control > Auto Power On set to 'on'
to prevent the panel from turning off unpredictably:
• System > Power Control > Max Power Saving set to 'off'
• System > Power Control > Standby Control set to 'off'
To avoid screen fading, make sure Eco Solution settings are off:
• System > Eco Solution > set all parameters to `off`.
