Warranty cases
Warranty is conceded for DISPL Kit components that may present malfunctions caused by product fabrication quality defects, up to 12 months since it's acquisition. Invoice or bill of purchase date is the date considered for the warranty start date. End date being 12 months later.
Example: DISPL Kit purchased on Jan 1st, 2026 may be exchanged up until Jan 1st, 2027 in a warranty case due to a faulty SSD component inside of the DISPL Box v3, that prevents that it turns on.
1) What Support Team needs from you
To submit a product exchange in warranty, please collect the following information:

Device serial number ID
Available in a white sticker at the bottom of DISPL Box. -
Customer identification
Company name and name of the legal representative of the end customer or partner -
Platform name
The CMS platform it was being used for or meant to be used in.
Example: mycompany.displayforce.ai -
Invoice from purchase
PDF document proving the date of purchase and order table of contents -
Videos and pictures of the damage
Evidence containing the symptoms experienced while using the device, such as: malfunctions, reboots, broken components, structural damage, lack of functionality, service specialist diagnotics, or others. -
Full description of the device usage since receiving
One paragraph of text with a simple explanation, recalling when the device arrived, how it was used, in which environment it was installed in, how and when the symptoms evidenced started appearing,

2) Warranty for Product Exchange
The most common procedure for warranty is a product exchange for a brand new one of same version and characteristics.
This option implies in many cases international shipping, along with it's customary time for delivery. DISPL logistics team will be in touch regarding the estimated time of arrival, and inform of the procedures for receiving correctly your reposition product.
3) Warranty for Repair Costs Coverage
Often, the fabrication defects are repairable at local hardware servicing providers.
If the time for solution of the warranty servicing the device is much faster and cost efficient than shipping a brand new device from the nearest DISPL logistics center, DISPL Support Team may propose a Repair Costs Coverage, aiming at the best convenience of both DISPL and our customer.
