Fine-tuning for "Visitors Insights" extension

Fine-tuning for “Visitors Insights” extension is an opportunity to more precisely customize the displayed statistics according to your requirements. There are two directions of customization:
- Increasing the quality of displayed contacts, so that contacts with low recognition quality are not displayed in the statistics (if you want to improve the quality of statistical data).
- Increase the number of displayed contacts to display the maximum number of contacts in the statistics.

If you have selected the option to improve the quality of displayed contacts. To make the quality settings of the displayed data correspond to the specific conditions of camera placement, you should set the settings in the “Fine-tuning for ‘Visitors Insights’ extension” section in the platform settings when installing or configuring cameras.

To do this, go to the platform settings.

And under “Fine-tuning for ‘Visitors Insights’ extension“ set the switch to “Enabled (Quality priority)". And set the rotation angles and contact duration. Contacts with parameters beyond the set head tilt/rotation angles and shorter than the set duration will not be displayed in “Visitors Insights”.
